AC care
Cleaning the AC filter regularly improves air quality, lowers your electricity bill, and extends the life of the unit. We recommend cleaning it monthly, or as needed.
How to clean the filter
- Switch off the AC and lift the front cover.
- Carefully slide out the two filter panels and remove the dust.
- Rinse them with water and let them dry completely.
- Slide them back in place and close the cover.
Outdoor unit on the balcony
Keep it free of obstructions and pigeon nests. If pigeons are nesting, let the management know and they will help.
Annual deep clean
Once a year, we recommend a full professional wash of the indoor and outdoor units. This service is available in the building, at the tenant's expense:
Waste collection
As an extra service for residents, and to keep odours out of the building and the lift, the building guard collects rubbish from outside your door every day and takes it to the street bins, on these conditions:
- One tightly closed bag (two at most), no larger than 50 gallons and no heavier than 10 kg.
- Place it outside your apartment door within the time above.
Outside these hours, or for larger amounts, please don't leave rubbish outside your door, out of consideration for your neighbours. You can take it to the street bins yourself at any time.
The renovated rooftop
Your open-air space above the building. A green rooftop with two swings and a waterfall, which can be set up with comfortable seating for more than ten people.
A short visit
Arrange it with the building guard at any time. For ordinary visits the rooftop is not furnished or set up.
Book it for a private occasion
- The guard cleans, sets up, furnishes the rooftop and turns on the waterfall before your event.
- To book, contact the building management directly.
Please take care of the rooftop and everything on it, leave no rubbish behind, leave the place better than you found it, and don't leave children there without an adult.
